Generators for steam turbine driven applications are generally of high speed in the range of 1500 rpm and above. Typical speeds are 1500 rpm, 1800 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3600 rpm.
We manufacture 1500 rpm and 1800 rpm generators with water cooled air coolers mounted on top, side/bottom of the generator. The high speed requirement calls for rotor designs with accurate components with proper fits and tolerances to take care of high centrifugal forces.
